      ... the launch details. The Launch was in the final minute or so when it was stopped due to a ship being in the area. It appears it was cruise ship trying to get into the port(the launch pad is right near the port). The Launch window was between 705 and 944am so we waited to see next launch time.       ... in the Apollo/Saturn V Center, where bleachers were set up for rocket launch viewing. A fellow had a telescope set up, so that we could see the rocket on the launch pad clearly. Then the storm clouds moved in, and once the lightning started we were ordered off the bleachers and into the building for safety - just 10 minutes before the scheduled launch.       DAY 30 ..... Wednesday, June 18th ..... Melbourne Beach

      Yesterday we were up early and made the 220+ mile road trip from Edna's to London's Gatwick Airport.

      Then after enjoying the lounge it was up, up and away on BA2039 back to Orlando. An enjoyable flight 'up front' but it was strange to look over to Andy and see him facing 'backwards'.

      ... minute of grandparenthood. We are giving suggestions only when asked for...like how to bathe a baby, how to know when to use Desitin, how to try to get the baby to sleep in his crib...and the rest of the time, we are just cooking meals, running errands, and being grateful for the opportunity we have to be with our kids and grandbaby. What a difference this time around...this is the grandparenting that we envisioned!

      ... we were. So we watched for a long time. The turtle would rise up a little to lay some eggs, use her front legs to push the sand backwards, pat the sand with her hind legs over the eggs, and move a few inches. This was repeated over and over. Eventually, she waddled back into the ocean.
