... especially around Herald square near Macy's and the Empire State building. There were long lines to go up the Empire State and the Gap store at Herald square was a madhouse. We simply walked through it from one side to the next and it took about fifteen minutes.

We then tried Macy's. The ground floor was awash with people. The crowd was like a heaving mass lurching from one side to the next. We walked into the belly of the beast and found the escalator and made our way up a ...

Sadly, he must have gone to bed by the time we got there :-(  We stopped by Hershey's (at 11:15pm, as you do) on our way back to the hotel. I was so excited to get some actual Reese's Peanut Butter, along with their 1/2 pound Peanut Butter Cups! I literally can't wait to try them when we get home :-) Another great end to a brilliant day :-) ...

... first time. My life has never been the same. Ok, perhaps I'm being a little dramatic, but that stuff is delicious! I had Nutella on a brioche roll. I will be back for another before this trip is over. I had to get back to my hotel to get my bag and catch a car to Brooklyn. I used Uber to get car and there was a big black SUV there to pick me up in less than one minute. I felt like a rapper. We ventured over the ...
