    After a long time got my hands over this kitchen again. The one near my office is very crowded during usual lunch breaks. A good salad after a 4 hour drive through the Down Town. Found this outlet on the 7th Avenue. While eating saw many people returning after their marathon run. All clad in some blue coloured coat - by TCS. I wonder how did this people even run in today's weather with shorts when I was feeling cold inspite of wearing 2 jackets ...

    ... State Building. Into the lift we go, it goes so fast we jump 10 floors at a time. We are aiming for the 82nd floor. We exist the lift and all of a sudden we are on top of the world.     ... with a very thin pastry base and a creme fraiche spread instead of tomato. No forks allowed, you roll the slices and eat with your fingers. The traditionelle Ie tarte flambé is creme fraiche, onion and bacon. I added mushrooms and gruyere chese.
