    ... Longhurst, his wife Kylie and Simon’s Grandfather Athol, who at 98 stopped playing golf only 3 months ago! Tony and Simon worked together in Hobart at Pasminco! Simon now works for Rio Tinto and is shortly representing Australia at the World Triathlon championships in Austria. This was a wonderful reunion, followed by a long drive back to Cottesloe, almost via Darwin (caused by an incorrect GPS entry!)

    ... the west coast, the closest town being Freemantle, which we drive through to see the rough waves and enormous houses, before stopping at Cottesloe beach just shy of midday for a swim.     And then they brought out the fries. I have never seen so many fries in one order. First off, they were potato wedges, not your typical french fry.
