... to a gorgeous San Fransisco at her finest. The sun was shining and visibility was endless. ... I was starting to wonder where this road would take us... Asphalt soon turned to gravel and steep slopes with uneven surface were now added to the experience. We drove for what felt at least like an hour. The idea was to reach the big road number 5 via this "shortcut". As we drove on it started to get darker and it wasn't without feeling a bit uneasy when it suddenly happened... A message on the dashboard showed up. ... These tubs were clothing required due to their location by the pool. Water temp: 106 degrees. The water had a mild sulfur smell, but it was clear and not overtly intrusive.

Only a mom and her toddler were at the hot tubs so Marion and I selfishly had separate tubs and also filled a tub with cold water for a semi cold plunge.
