    ... dinner/listened to music and just relaxed. There is not cable at this campground, but we don't need it. We did have a DVD and watched a late night movie. At 8:30 it was so peaceful. Tomorrow we head to the Upper Peninsula where we will spend a few days --- probably until Wednesday. Looking forward to it. One thing I can say so far.........people are soooooooooooo nice. Helpful/friendly --- so unlike what we are used to in CT. ...

    ... and spent the early afternoon with a buddy of mine in Stratford, Ontario. From there we made our way through pretty countryside scenery to Sarnia, where we crossed the border into Michigan.     ... Kelly joined me in Buffalo, NY, on June 2 and we headed across the Peace Bridge to Canada. There is a small section of Ontario, Canada, that lies between New York and Michigan. We stayed one night in Canada and re-entered the US at Sarnia, MI (Blue Water Bridge), to stay one night in St. Clair.

    Our last campground stop before heading back to Milford to close on the house was just outside Grayling at Lake Margarethe State Forest Campground. One more beautiful campground on a lake that abutted Camp Grayling. It was very quiet and offered sites on the water that were appropriate for tent or trailers. Also several caches to get that are within walking distance to the campground.
