      Getting on to US time is always a challenge. Usually if I'm here for a week I'm just about ok. But in the meantime I fight against falling to sleep before 10 pm, but I wake early anyway.       ... we walked to the nearby beach to relax on the sand.

      The beach here is not pretty. There’s piles of seaweed everywhere. I’m not impressed. But the warm weather and plentiful sunshine was nice. We dipped our feet into the Atlantic Ocean.
