Tourist lost trying to find famous landmarks abounded. Together we would cluster passing on the false and often contradictory instruction we had been given. Two Englishwomen in search of their hotel, near the Opera House were told to just go straight ...

... furnished, so it was easy to imagine the kings and queens, soldiers and attendants living there, the last of whom were the Bonapartes. There are wall hangings, frescos, paintings, upholstery and artifacts to admire and an amazing degree of paint, plaster and wood embellishments. Every surface seemed decorated in something!
