Made it to Fargo, ND today. It snowed this morning in Wisconsin and we met Emmy's friend for lunch in Minneapolis, MN.
We also stopped at an REI for a few minutes.
Roads in Minnesota this evening were icy in spots and it was very windy, but we went slow and made it here safely.
Sorry, there isn't much else to say since we haven't done any sight seeing yet. Planning on entering Canada tomorrow, so things should become more interesting.
... ND, Alexandria, MN, Pickerel Lake, MN, Grand Island, NE and Mt. Juliet, TN. We drove from Grand Forks, ND toward a campground in Menomonie, WI while listening to the Vikings football game on the radio and keeping up with the Titan's score on our phones. Yea, both teams won! Resignation. This is going to be a longer trip than we thought.
But we're on the way and things are falling into place! We are seeking the things to be grateful for. And we are grateful that sitting in the exit seats from Fargo to Chicago that we did not have to assist with opening the emergency door.
