Must admit, even though I was really tired when I finally crossed the border into Virginia, the ride over the mountains and the surrounding scenery was pretty impressive.

Barbara was feeling much better this morning, so we went into Mount Airy. The locals call it Mayberry, just about as much as they call it Mount Airy.
