    ... ended up with a grass jelly milk tea instead but luckily it still tasted good. I was a bit apprenhensive about eating the meat sticks from the night markets, but I ate one anyway and it was so good. Covered with chilli and super spicy, just the way I like it.

    Well, after months of planning and years of dreaming we have finally made it China! We only have a 30 day visa for China but we have massive plans for it, so we are going to be on a mega tight schedule while we are here.
