          ... The verdant green colour of the water flowing over the Niagara Falls is a byproduct of the dissolved salts.           ... by car, don't park in the 'official' lot nearest the falls and pay $10, there are a couple of car parks just over the road which are only $5 all day. These are highlighted by the attendants waving flags around trying to get your attention.           ... 9.25am with the plan of finding the next post office on the road in Brewster, as we barely fit in the car at the moment. We noticed along the way that there were American flags everywhere, absolutely everywhere, and Dale commented that it is Remembrance Day in America, so Ok then.
