      ... streams. The woods are hemlock and rhododendron, can you imagine this view in the spring. Waterfalls, there are hundreds splash over rocks to cascades that I am sure thunder over the cliffs when in full force. I am glad we veared off our route to see this area. I am sorry there is no photo but ice conditions did not allow the opportunity.

      Taking secondary highways we passed many small towns. There are some funny names ...

      ... and got to use the charcoal grill for the first time.

      No fire pit so started a campfire right on the ground. Placed wood directly on hot charcoal leftover from cooking. Had fire in seconds.
