I was shocked by how much I loved Madison. It was such a nice place to stop and spend some time. We ate breakfast at an awesome little place called Mickie's. It reminded me a lot of Pamela's - from the line out the door, to the cash only signs, to the ...

Needless to say, everything was so good! I definitely suggest these places if you ever are in town.

We also took a walk around the campus, walked around the lakeshore path, and took advantage of the good weather we had (except for today). ... went for a walk, got lunch and then wandered around some more. I had a look at various shops and then returned to the coach. We drove a very short distance to Miller brewery. Here we did a tour. We started with a movie and then had a look at the plant. This place is huge, lots to see and at the end there was tastings. An interesting experience.

Back on the coach we headed to Madison. We did some more intros and arrived ...

... PR for the corporation? We walked around a bit noticing many different kinds of trees - most of them mature and grand. Afterwards, we drove into a small commercial area where we sighted an indie bookstore. It's a Mystery to Me...is the name of the store. It carries mostly mystery books, but also had fine YA and children's sections. Paul chatted up the owners while I browsed. We walked down the street for about a block noticing small ...
