I headed for the one the attendant was leaving, figuring that it would be the cleanest. I immediately noticed that there was no seat liner. No matter, I knew the guy just cleaned it. Not an Ivory Billed Woodpecker in Sight

... is slim pickins'. Personally, I see why they think this bird was not a Pileated Woodpecker, but I don't think there's enough there to proclaim the return of a bird extinct for more than 6 decades.

We can always hope, though! I kept my eyes peeled for an Ivory Billed Woodpecker, but no dice. I'm sure if it hadn't been raining so hard....

This was the one place where rain spoiled our plans on this ...

... Causeway, we were ready for some food! Our choices at that point seemed to be either ChiChi's or Macaroni Grille. I have fond thoughts of the house Chianti at the MG, so that's where we ate. Florence is always curious about versions of Chicken Canneloni, so she ordered and enjoyed that. I'm always partial to sausage and peppers and I enjoyed it very much with my wine!
