... to try a crazy donut too, but oh well. Next time! So we headed back to 6th street and grabbed Amy's Icecream, which was very good! However we were very full and had tapped out at that point!

Once we had finished eating, we went back to our hotel and got ready to celebrate the new year! We went to our friends house and enjoyed a quiet evening watching the ball drop and spending time with friends. It was wonderful! Happy 2013!!!

... kind of weather the locals live with on a regular basis.

Tonight I had some awesome fish tacos at Bikini's (Use your imagination.), a sports bar next to the hotel. Life is good.

Tomorrow I'll head for the Hill Country, the best that Texas has to offer in the way of motorcycling roads.

By the way, if you click on the title of each photo you'll be able to see a larger version with my comments.

Cheers!
