I was feeling adventurous and tried a rattlesnake & rabbit sausage with sauerkraut and onions. It was also exactly what it sounds like. Interesting tasting, 3/5 would eat again. Claudia enjoyed an elk sausage and it stink up my car. After lunch we went swimming at Barton ...

Today I said farewell to the land of Tim Hortons, Beavertails, Maple Syrup, and the best film festival in the world, and exchanged it for the land of cowboys, beef, ribs, and what I hope to be the best music festival in the world, or at least in the States; today I said 'hello' to Texas, the place where, apparently, everything is bigger.

My last night in Canada, for a month at least, wasn’t too successful as I couldn’t fall asleep even though ...
