... HUGE park) 10 miles south of Eufaula, OK. The entry road was miles long into the park. There was an airstrip, 18 hole golfcourse, horse rentals, marina and boat rentals absoluetly no one here. Price was right. With water and electric: $21.

Monday, drove short distance to town of Eufaula, OK. Dreary kind of place. Went to their one grocery store-very, very poor selection of foods ...

"...fight back when they try to raise our gas prices!" - patron at the local diner when we told them how much we love their less than $3/gal gas prices.

We stayed at the fairgrounds right outside of Eufaula last night (the circus will be on these grounds also) and it was a really relaxing stay compared to the other night. We got up at about 7:00' had coffee, hot chocolate and left over donut holes. Yucky to Linda, so I ate them along with some nuts. At 8:21am we were "On the Road Again". 55 degrees and sunny and blue skies. So, we set off, today I decided to ride with LJ for the first leg which was 120 miles. Everyone had their coats on, which was a first out here. Then after about 5 miles we went into some really thick 'Pea Soup' fog which was very cold.
