We got out of our Quality Inn in Maine just before 8:30 and headed to the Mt. Washington Auto Rd. in NH. It took a little over 4 1/2 hours to get there. We stopped at the gift shop and my mom opted not to ride up with us to the summit. Our fee included a CD for us to listen to on the assent and descent. this type of thing there were lots of other local vendors. We particularly
enjoyed the “ice cider” sampling while Bev and Greg tried ...

Dinner in the 'local folk' pub was an interesting contrast to the rather refined cafe serving 'meat free Monday' fare where we ate last night. Rain is falling and the weather is cool. So lovely to sleep with the door open, smell the pines. Surprise find - fresh raspberries Travellers tip - come in ...

10:08am 63,000 lbs. (that's about 22.5 Mazda 3's). On our trip to Florida last summer we were 68,000 lbs. Jp says that when he used to drive a car carrier he would get up to 80,000 lbs. We were supposed to leave at 7. I was up at 5 like an exited puppy. Jp did paperwork ...
