... has the whitest sand you have ever seen, despite the fact that people can drive onto the beach. It also has the bluest, clearest water and a mob of Kangaroos who come down to drink the fresh water that runs off the rocks and enables grass shoots to grow! It was a tough afternoon!! There is even a mobile cafe where the cafe owner makes the best coffee in Esperance and is an absolute mine of information! He is an aboriginal bloke who used to run tours down ...

We had a good sleep-in for the first time, today - up around 10am! The game plan for today was to get our washing done before we start the trek across the Nullarbor to home, to show Cape Le Grand to Teriann, and finally to swim at Twilight Beach this afternoon!

We came home around 7.30pm, played our old favourite game "Barrel Bingo" and watched some TV, then bed around 10pm. We had a good, relaxing "down-day".

The boys and I ran and scooter end to the skate park for a play and got back to hot ham and cheese crossoints made by Brad...yummo. The kids decided that we needed to go back to Whartons Beach for the day. So we packed up the car again and headed off. It was a ...

... seemed just as nice, if not better, than the world famous Lucky Bay! The afternoon wouldn't be the same without the kids having their time on the playground, and we are really enjoying being able to watch them without even moving from the annex of the van :) Which definately outways the fact we don't have a whole heap of protection from the wind coming straight off the beach across the road. First World Problems hey ...
