    Arrived safely after a great flight from Australia. Traveled business class with Singapore and get 10/10 for service and great food. Transferred to Lufthansa and again good service but beds not as comfortable. First day just wandered around Manchester and got our bearings. Busy place and very industrial. Stayed at the Crowne Plaza and loved it very central just walked to everything. ...

    ... in parts but really very interesting (is it any wonder international tourist lady spends most of her time on the phone texting or emailing home?). The final photo is not meant to be so symbolic of our time in olde England! But it is goodbye. Tomorrow bright and early (well at least early) we fly to Germany.     ... We will let you guess which of us that was!!! The game started off with Norwich scoring first, not what we'd hoped for. We scored not too long after. At half time we were again surprised with another congratulations message on the big screen! The game ended with a score of 3-2 to Norwich.
