        ... just drove up and down the streets looking at the old renovated buildings. We then went to Stockyard City which was bustling today as they were having a fall Stampede. These stockyards are home to the Oklahoma National Stock Yards, the world’s largest feeder and stocker cattle market.         Foo fighters, OKC with Brandon! Chesapeake Arena! Went down Tuesday, stayed night, came home Wednesday! Cam stayed with Amy and Kenny. Concert was so good!         ... walls. Rappelling down canyon walls is a big sport in the park -- when you look at the pictures you can see why. The elevation at our campsite is 1,398 feet, with high temperatures in the high-90's, lows in the low-70's, and sunny. Tomorrow we leave for Kansas -- the state where my parents were both born and raised, where I spent many summers growing up, and where I went to college.

        ... drove another 100 miles, or what seemed like it, until we got to a Love's Truck Stop. I admit, I love Love's. Seriously, I love that truck stop. What I didn't love was another nasty bathroom. This was what you would expect visually, but what went up my nose was another story.         ... they never seem to be aware of digital over-the-air signals. Extending the antenna gives us around 30 channels, most in HD. The Cherokee Nation owns this KOA, the Trading Post and the restaurant up the hill, as well as a service station across I40.
