Mark took a few photos, and then we were back to Old Blue to start a long day of driving. We would touch 4 states today: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma, hoping we’d make it to Oklahoma City, a little over 800 miles and we change two time zones, from Pacific through Mountain and end in Central - so we lose two hours on the clock, but it will be nice to be back in Central Time.

From Galena, we progressed to Riverton, to the Rainbow Bridge. Ironically, this is a plain white bridge crossing a very small brown trickle of water, and has been bypassed by a new road because of safety concerns. However, Route 66ers can still trundle across it because it's a very historic part of the route, and has some very photogenic Route 66 emblems at either end which rather demand to be captured. ... The coyotes entice the patrons to buy a shot and drag the person on the bar and do their thing. The body shot often involves two coyotes so I can imagine for some guys that this girl on girl action is pretty exciting. Bras are hanging from the ceiling all adding to the decor. All in all, its pretty fun but we left before the coyotes use the water gun on the customers.

... I've ever seen... ever. We then drove another 100 miles, or what seemed like it, until we got to a Love's Truck Stop. I admit, I love Love's. Seriously, I love that truck stop. What I didn't love was another nasty bathroom. This was what you would expect visually, but what went up my nose was another story.
