... and even got some laughs out of the audience and judges! All of the performances were wonderful, making us all proud! That night we attended the 'World Stars Village' that was hosted by WCOPA, at which they would be announcing the finalists of the competition to perform at the final showcase on Friday. Getting the bus back to downtown, we then popped into the 99 cent store for some butter for the mac 'n' cheese dinner we were making with the microwave. It was really nice as well as really bad for you, win-win right? We are now nursing burns for the unforgiving sun, the curse of having pale fair skin. I have worn so much sun cream I have almost finished my whole bottle of factor 50, how much more do I need to put on?! ...

We had dinner about 1.15, watched some movies, got some sleep off and on and crossed the International Dateline somewhere before it was time for breakfast on our second April Fools Day. We got good views flying in over North Los Angeles and the girls couldn't get over how big it was. And we got to see the Hollywood sign in the distance which was cool to see.

... Rodeo Drive. It was as expected. The shops with their doors closed are not necessarily shut. It probably means that their stuff is so overpriced that you need an appointment to get in. BJ told us that some shops have a $1500 fee just to get in the door. Then we went for lunch at the Farmer's Market, same place as yesterday, although this time we stayed and ate. We ate barbecue.
