... run by a preacher that was an antique himself and we were greeted to the sound of Billy Graham like talk back on the radio. Denise was committed to the cup of tea so we took a look around the shop while the tea was delivered in the finest styrofoam cup you have ever seem. ... ever had as our dinner was wheeled in on a table & it had a warmer for the food underneath - crazy! Jase wanted to see Dawn of the Planet of the apes, I was reluctant as I knew I'd probably cry when the apes would no doubt end up getting shafted. What I didn't know was the movie was set in San Francisco - so it was great to see a CG version of the town we'd just left post apocalypse. Relaxed & pampered we crashed hoping our first world problems did not ...

... br> So Hollywood. What a crazy part of town. Not only is it jam packed with tourists (what? I'm a traveller, not a tourist ;) ) but there are crazy bums pushing around rubbish in shopping trolleys and talking to themselves. I even saw one dude sat on some steps wearing a crown. Like a full on crown jewels kind of crown. I'm about 80% sure it was the guy who played Hurley in Lost. Maybe he didn't like the ending either.

Thursday 5th

THE FIRE ALARM HAS BEEN GOING OFF FOR HOURS!! It's the annual test and it's going between 9am-5pm! At 11ish we headed back to Hollywood to finish the walk of fame which took us an hour!
