... we think it may have been an accident.

After we crossed the Antioch Bridge it was clear sailing. Most of the traffic was coming from the East. The trip was uneventful except for intermittent rain along the way (which we need here) until we were on Highway 50 at about 5500 Ft. the rain started coming at us instead of down on us and it had white specs, then it was pure white….SNOW. It was an uneventful day of travel with, thankfully, all flights leaving on time. I flew on three smaller planes from Saskatoon to Calgary, Calgary to Kelowna, and then Kelowna to San Francisco. Go figure! Jon had a meeting in Vancouver so we met at the airport in San Francisco and took a cab to our hotel. We are staying at the White Swan Inn in downtown ...

... 11.40 and we were boarded on our bus by 11.45 and on the road shortly after, our driver Ken ran a tight ship after he found one of the passengers allegedly smoking in the rest room. Met a a son who was taking his mother who was 82 to Solvang which was a town that reminded me of. Harndorf back home. Country side was beautiful, very mountainous. We took Route 154 from Santa Barbara to Solvang then route 101 which passed ...

... Mexican community in LA. We saw one of the first homes built and walked around the little Mexican market. It was like a little Mexico right in the heart of LA a huge metropolis. We stopped for a photo at the LA city hall which is the building used in the original superman movie as the daily planet building. We then headed to star studded Hollywood for lunch and walked the Hollywood stars we found so many famous actors and actress stars, you could walk for hours and still be walking ...
