By the time I got served I was losing the will to live and he then left my order half made to take a call on his mobile in the back kitchen. I totally lost my rag and asked one of the baristas to tell him to come back and finish serving me. I think he knew I was ...

... morning. Because this is bear country (although Amanda said she has never seen one there) we had to put all food and toiletries in special bear boxes - metal lockers - rather than in our tents. Getting up to go to the toilet in the night was à bit scary! I didn't sleep very well because my mattress kept sliding down the slope.

On Wednesday we had a later start- 9:00 and it was a gorgeous sunny day. We drove around to the west side of the lake and hiked down to ...

... Then we were joined by Geraline and Walter who were respectively a judge and a heavy-hitting lawyer. Now these two were a lot more normal and they want to visit us in Cyprus. They are a lovely couple as is Will and Caroline but they do indeed peak early and incredibly leave before the fireworks. The fireworks kick off at 9.45pm and are spectacular but that's the last we remember of the night!! ...
