    ... hot for staying
at too many freedom camping spots without air conditioning so we went
to Magic River Resort near Guildport Mississippi. $18 a night with
Passport America, a pool (which half the family is using while I type
this), small playground which Kaitlin enjoyed for a few minutes and a
very quiet stop with only 15 RV spaces. Tomorrow we head to Louisiana
and maybe a stop in New Orleans if we can Google how that will work
    with an RV.

Each started with a 7 mile bicycle ride around the neighbourhood before breakfast and before the heat and humidity of the day had a chance to take hold. We didn’t disgrace ourselves too much and managed to keep up with the blistering pace set by Lindell!

... and we all played a friendly game of bean bag toss over a nice little gathering place at our Cajun RV park. We even attracted a small audience as we sounded like we were having a good time. Gal and I prepared a WICKED seafood supper boiling our freshly caught shrimp. Gail, Clarence and Jim enjoyed freshly caught oysters with lemon and hot sauce and caesar salad, coleslaw, and cajun seafood ...

... to keep going, and also to keep writing and sharing images. Although this was a “solo road trip”, I really was never alone. This was a bigger deal to me (and an unexpected one at that) than any of y’all might have possibly imagined. As an extension to that, I’m incredibly grateful to those friends with whom I met IRL (In Real Life) along the way during this journey…some as “reunions” after a long time since our ...
