      Soaked, scared and amazed

A travel blog entry by maryham on Dec 16, 2014

      ... time entertainment.

We started the day with a walk through the Redwood Creek challenge trail followed by a ride on the Grizzly River Run which we thought would be a nice gentle ride to start the day. However the price for the thrill of going over waterfalls in a big rubber tyre was getting soaked down to your undies. Quite saturated but full of smiles we did (sometimes more than ...

      DAY 12: Universal Studios Hollywood

... that set to film a commercial. We saw famous props, including stunt cars, from various movies and even went through a 3D King Kong experience. The 3D is much more effective when it is 360 view, it was like the tram was really driving through the jungle! Especially with the bumps and turns, water splashing from rivers and wind. It had all the areas where the characters are based, including the Cozy Cone Motel, Flo's V8 Cafe and ...

... in, we briskly headed around to adventure land to fulfil the whole purpose of the early morning admission by going on The Indiana Jones ride again and again and again!! BUT Adventure Land doesn't pen until 10 with the rest of the park!!! What a let down :-) So we dawdled over to tomorrow land and the boys all went on the Star Tours ride (some what of a simulator that Mum does not go on, as it will make her blurk, mum does ...

      The Disney FASTPASS Service

A travel blog entry by shar_a on Oct 06, 2014

... and boy that was helpful! Not all rides have FASTPASS; just the most popular ones. The ticket machines will generally be near the ride itself, but there are a few exceptions. Your Map will show you where they are. It's as simple as inserting your Disneyland ticket into the machine and out will pop your FASTPASS ticket. Make sure you leave with both tickets! You will need a FASTPASS ticket for each person who wants to take the ride. Don't lose them as you can only use the ...
