We wake up around 8am after a good nights rest and decide that before check out we would go and check out the lake for an early morning dip. We walk down to the lake (about a 10minute walk) and dip our feet in. It's freezing, we can’t even think about getting in the water as the temperature outside wasn’t warm and the water was way too cold, even for Aaron. We take a few photos however and admire how crystal clear it is and decide to head ...

We (my friend Linda and me and my two cats, Buster and FlipperDoodle) stayed here for a few days to visit with my great buddy, Marilyn, and her mom. It was SO COOL!! Chico is SO COOL!!!
It was a benefit party for local anti-fracking groups. There was a Rage AGainst the Machine cover band, kegs, $1.00 grilled cheese sandwiches, a fire, fire staff spinners, and like 200 hippes! What more could you ask for in a house party. Chico is a really awesome place and every night is dollar beer night someplace. This town is known for being a party town and ...

... to get blister and my flip flops were beinging to break. The other girls had, had enough too and we just wanted to get back home. We decided that hitch hiking might not be such bad idea. So as we started to walk back up the mountain a truck stops and asks if we would like ride to the top of the mountain. But driver and the passenger of the truck were missing some of their teeth and what was left well, they probably wouldn't be there for much longer….
