... VA. A poor dinner at Denny's... I should know better by now. A little food shopping and then back to the camper and turned the heat on.

Watched the movie, "I Am Gabriel", last night. It has a great message of hope and faith! How God can bring revival to a depressed and hopeless town using a young boy... or is he?

... either having to do more or less miles to find a good place to sleep (just camping wherever you want, is of course always an option and is in fact what I did the very first night on the trail, but there are plenty of benefits to staying at an established campsite or shelter that I won't go into here other than to say I prefer it). So the next day was another shorter one of almost 14 miles to a campsite just past a shelter. Along the way I ran into Fozzie and Jersey ...

... a waterfall spilling right out of the fibers!

We decided to drive a little more until we got sick of driving (well until Armando got sick of driving), so a little after 4:00 we stopped in Wytheville, VA for the night. It's tucked in the mountains too, and here's a picture of our view of the pretty mountains, but the buildings and the billboards kinda mess up the view. Susie's and Bob's view was way better!!
