... for it, I had to get up and help before she woke the whole house!

Waking early, I went for a walk. The mist was rising off the river, and I met a man born, bred and buttered in this county. As we chatted, he kept correcting my English pronunciation!

Speaking of breathing, I attended a two-hour session of Classic Yoga and Meditation this evening at The Yoga Room. The instructor, Maureen, was lovely-- she created this congenial, relaxed environment that came as a culture shock... she and students in the class were even asking me about my cross-country trip. It's funny to be away from DC and realize that yoga doesn't have to be a competition ;)

Another 530 miles today. No rain ::) Checked the weather and tomorrow looks nice in the Lehigh Valley, to have only 2 days of all rain out of 18 we REALLY lucked out. As you saw on previous posts there were some spots of rain and the storm in Minnesota on our way out, but all in all was the best we could have asked for. ... father said that the little boy wouldn't stop talking about "Mr. Clown" so they had to come over and meet him. The little boy was really shy but he warmed up to J.P. during their exchange and all four kids walked away happy with coloring books.
