... their craft and keeping the skills alive. We were following their westward trail, so it was pretty cool to feel some kindred with the pilgrims, although it could be said our pace and comfort levels were worlds apart!
We all are a little crook unfortunately at this stage, just run down from all the travel, looking forward to relaxing somewhere primo.

... up the car at Costco, walked about inside (more walking - is good!) and bought a Costco hotdog to take back to the room with us for supper. By the time we got back to the room, we were hungry, so the hotdog is gone, and I'm working on a cup of tea.
Our next two days are driving days: Fargo, ND, then Winnipeg, Manitoba, where we'll spend 2 nights and one day.

Then we drove a mile away to the National World War One Memorial. It was a very informative museum, a variety of exhibits showing uniforms for men and women, uniforms from many of the countries that fought in the war, pistols, rifles, mortars, big guns (mortars and guns look like cannons to me! - Sandy) They had vehicles, airplanes, models of u-boats, mess kits, ...
... El Once". The menu was on the placemat and you wrote which numbers you wanted on the side and tore it off for the waiter. It had a cool vibe and the food was very tasty. Nick sipped a shot of aguardiente then had a beer and I had a beer. We split a soup (crema de alcachofa) and a chicken entre with a creamy garlic sauce and french fries.
Then off to sleep on our rock hard bed and explore Bogota tomorrow!
Had an excellent time at the 50th annual Christ the King Sports Club Banquet. Was the guest of Chris Abboud, who is the world champion introducer of all time. Can't even count how many people I shook hands with and talked about the big issues of the day.
