    Breakfast buffet at 'The Hole in the Wall' Restaurant at the resort. The Easter Bunny made a cameo appearance. Spent the morning at the water park at Point Hilton called River Ranch.     ... We went on a couple of ship tours and the weather was wonderful. The first day out of LA was cool, but by the second day it was warm and sunny enough to get a bit pink by the pool. In Puerto Vallarta we took an all day boat and snorkeling trip out to the Las Marietas islands.     Feb 7, Saturday – We met up with our friends Mike and Donna Kuper for lunch at an old quaint place called Greasewood Flats in the outskirts of Scottsdale. Greasewood Flats is housed in a 130 year old bunkhouse and has been around since 1975 serving hearty hamburgers and beer to cowboys, bikers, and tourists. It has a large outdoor area with picnic tables and lots of old farm equipment.
