... The afternoon was spent recreating Pretty Woman for Zoe by visiting Beverly Hills including Rodeo Drive & the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Luckily for me we saw lots of Ferrari's and amazingly a black and yellow Bugatti Veyron which was the nuts. Tacos, burger, mac & cheese, pretzels during the day with a few beers and the cheesiest fries for diner ended a couple of great days in LA. Off to Mexico ...

Day 5 Warner Bros Studios and Big Bang Theory.

... within 100m of the studio tour gate.

We started the tour and were taking heaps of pictures, including a video at the beginning of Warner bros history. Halfway the tour our camera stopped working – looks like video mode really chews up the battery. Lesson learnt. Luckily we both had our mobiles and were able to use them for photos.

Ever since I have known Tara she has rapped on about how amazing Fraser Island is and how freaky the island is because of its many different ecosystems and teaming wildlife. I knew it was going to be something special but I also wanted to get this day trip out the way so I wouldn't have to hear Tara go on and on about the place! ... hill so you can see the view. We decided not to go on the cable car as it was really cold up there and it was also very expensive. We had quite a good view from the car park and that was good enough for us.

We left Palm Springs and drove on to Cabazon to see the dinosaurs. . The guy who did a lot of work for Knotts Berry Farm has created some enormous dinosaurs and some animatronic dinosaurs. The park was well done ...

Day 2 - Universal Studios

... brand stores and equally luxurious cars parked in front of each one. Most of the shops were still open even though it was after 7pm and I was surprised to see several of their clientele were shopping with their dogs in tow! Apparently you can't leave home without them in LA!

After dinner at the Cheesecake Factory it's time to pack our bags and prepare to head south to Disneyland tomorrow morning. So many adventures, so little ...
