... we got into another line of trees and then saw the camper waiting. 55 miles, 11.0 average for the day.

Rest stop at Black River Falls scenic overlook walk to stretch our legs.

Spent afternoon at Freightliner in St Paul. Turn signals quit working. Their tech cleaned some terminals and the problem went away but no one knows why. Maybe tomorrow we can get in a full day with out repairs.
after leaving freightliner we drove till about 10PM to get to the west side of ST Paul MN. drove a total of 350 miles and 2 states MN and WI all on I-94 ...

We drove all across Interstate 94 thru North Dakota ... flat and barren, to Fargo, and into another time zone! We made it to Minnesota to visit Mary Kaye Ludewig, a Siemens friend. So much to catch up on and compare retirement days! Mary Kaye, a Minneapolis resident, has a lovely lake house on Lake Louise ( two hours north of Mpls). ... and on highway at 10:25. Stopped at Clearwater to get RV washed.......waited 2 hours for our turn......68.61...visa. It's CLEAN! Got a chicken caesar wrap to share for lunch......12.60 cash. Stopped at Stoney Creek Campground by Osseo, WI for the nite.......34.82....visa. Since lunch was so late (about 3:00) we were not very hungry for supper. I woke early to the sound of a text about 4:30 am notifying that my flight leaving was delayed by a 1/2 hour. Another text about 6:45 saying further delay. I got up then figuring I will need to try to contact Delta as I will not make my connection in LA to Minneapolis if it is that delayed that long. I made some coffee & Barb was up right away. I sat out by the pool & figured out how to contact the delta 1-800 number to rebook my flight. I asked if there was room to ...
