... on the low-rent side of town! On a positive note there's the cutest little diner directly across the street called Ozzy's Diner. We ate dinner there yesterday and loved it! The motif is all 1950's right down to the stools at the counter!
So far we haven't had much opportunity for sightseeing but hope to rectify that tomorrow. Therefore I'm signing off for now! Miss you all!

... about the All Blacks and rugby. His wife asked if the boys could do a Haka, which they gladly did in the Main Street. After which he happily posed for a photo with the boys.
We arrived in Santa Monica, checked in to our hostel, the parents are across the road in a hotel. Then we had a lovely Italian 4-course dinner at a local restaurant, after which we explored the pier and the surrounding streets.

... how few of problems I actually have. I don't have many, and I love life. Being happy with the journey is the number one problem most people struggle with. Mostly because **** things happen. But as long as it isn't too bad it should be enjoyed.

... cramped part of the plane. We were able to reserve bulkhead seating, but they didn't give it to us. We lived. I was able to sleep about 5 hours on this flight which is more than usual. There were some good television documentaries from Australian TV to watch. A good TV serious about the Agony of Living. I want to see more of these episodes on YouTube when I get home.

For quite some time, the train headed through suburbia. It was quite a while until the houses ended and we moved out into the countryside.
