Time has almost come to board our plane. It's been a very long morning. We are ready to get this adventure underway! I'm so grateful for the love and support showered on us by our lovely family and friends! Parting from Hazel was rough. I'm glad she'll be surrounded by loving care. Two weeks with Jeff in Europe! What I learned about my mom today: She is so much more than just my ...

... over my head and wrapped around my neck three times and almost sufficated me. I couldn't get out of it. The good thing was I came out of it with no running mascara and great hair, but I could have entered the wet t-shirt contest. Would have won 1st if I was the only one that entered.
As we loaded our gear on the bikes to head across Canada, the rains start. We left about 11:30am and only rode in the rain about 30 min. until it stopped. By then the temps had dropped from 80 to ...
