We ...

The Palo Alto VA is a rather humbling place to visit. This facility houses many seriously wounded soldiers. It is also the "birthplace" of Ride 2 Recovery (R2R). R2R was created by two Palo Alto VA medical staff members and John Worden a former ...

... cookie dough pieces. Rich (and Taya) have strawberry and vanilla. Emma creates a chocolate extravaganza - vanilla and chocolate with chocolate raisins, cookie dough and hot chocolate sauce. At least the frozen yoghurt was healthy!

Our campsite for tonight isn't far away in Moss Landing just back up the coast but we have started to encounter this new phenomenon of traffic, which we haven't found anywhere else in the US. Something else we really ...
