As we drove through another big storm yesterday, the radio cut in with a garbled warning announcement mentioning the word 'tornado' and sounding very serious. We later found out that the tornado warning was for central Georgia, which was exactly our location at the time. But we didn't see one, just heavy rain. The Favourite Part of This Trip

A travel blog entry by 9lives on Oct 25, 2014

We left Miller Lane in the dark in a temperature of about 8 degrees. Little did we know we would see 25+ before the end of the day. This was one of the more pleasant trips through Cincinnati. And just two more days of Pimslurs Swedish.

This is our one year anniversary where we are being sealed in the LDS Temple ...

A travel blog entry by dsandow on Sep 14, 2013

After all of my negative comments about toll roads and Florida toll roads in particular, I must relay today's toll road experience heading out of the Orlando area. First, we paid $0.75 (exact change only, you know), for the privilege of getting onto the first toll road of the day. I start grumbling again.

Then we see another toll plaza approaching and Tammy starts scrambling for all denominations of coin and ...
