    On our way out of Stowe, we stopped at the Waterbury Cabot Cheese Creamery factory outlet. Maura and I helped ourselves to the myriad of cheese samples. Our taste test revealed Seriously Sharp as our #1 choice, even though we macked down alot of the premium cheeses: Farmhouse Reserve, Alpine Cheddar and Everything Bagel.

    Well, I must say, our experience in Albany was Antarctic. Uncle Wayne and Aunt Doris were kind enough to drop us off at the train station after a long journey. Apparently, Friday is not the day to travel...especially on a holiday weekend! It took us a half hour just to get through an intersection past the Lake George outlets. Craziness.
