      ... bit stressful with rangers watching your every move, loads of people, and Americans aren't shy to tell you off if they think you're doing it wrong. We got pretty cold even in our wetsuits so were pleased to go back after an hour. Next stop was a genuine diner for brunch. Neil bravely chose biscuits in gravy, which turned out to be scones (like dumplings) in a thick white salty sauce. ...

      ... anderer hier ist. Wir waren gegen 9 Uhr da - denn die Kajakvermietung öffnet erst um 8 Uhr - und das war beinahe schon zu spät, um die Touristen von den geführten Touren zu meiden. Auf unserer Tour haben wir übrigens 2 sehr innovative Kajaks gesehen: ein durchsichtiges Kajak – wie genial ist das denn?! – und ein Faltkajak – sehr praktisch. Wer also tatsächlich über den Kauf eines Kajaks nachdenkt, sollte diese Optionen in Erwägung ziehen). Wir paddelten weiter ...

      ... as the ones in naples, but we saw dolphins only five metres off shore on the bay side. We think osprey are as common as blue tits here.... Forgot to say the other night as we were given bread at the start of the meal..... It was like eating a fairy cake! Sweet bread, sweet butter.....weird. Tonight was good, kathryn had snapper, i had a chowder and a bucket of clams. Crystal river is much more historic ...
