... but it is usually the RV not the car that is the problem.

We had a great time in Cortez, and it was good to see are old friends and make new ones. Everyone had such a good tIme we all agreed to meet up at the same place next year in May.

Today we slept in a little, packed up and left Crystal Isles RV resort. We stopped in downtown Crystal River for a little souvenir shopping and an early lunch. I drove the boat back to the dock at our site and we loaded up for the day. The ...

... pool. I hate those things! We came back to the RV, cleaned up and I made dinner. I want to take a moment to talk about cooking in the RV. It's not too bad as long as you don't need to bake anything. The oven SUCKS! It takes forever to get up to temperature and you can not use it without setting off the smoke alarm. Even with nothing in it, just preheating, the smoke alarm goes off. In order to bake, someone has to stand near the smoke alarm and fan it every few ...

... 8217;clock at the Three Sisters Springs. It wasn’t possible to come earlier because the kayak rentals aren’t open before 8 and that was almost too late to avoid the tourist who took a guided snorkel tour. By the way, if you really think about buying your own kayak we could recommend 2 very innovative ones that we saw on the lake: a transparent kayak - how cool is that?! - and a folding kayak - very handy). We paddled further on the lake and saw some more manatees in ...
