I haven’t used a snorkel and fins for nearly 25 years and have never worn a wet suit. I’m also not a morning person; so, being at the dock at 6 am for the 4 hour “swimming with manatees” session meant dedication. But, I was so excited that I had 3 phone and 1 in-person conversation with the boat captain in advance; did a dry run the day before to be sure we could find the place and ...

... east of our targeted path and at this point we were five days behind our schedule. Our goal has been to get home around the middle of December because of the holidays and we figured since Devon's aunt lives right off the expressway we can stop by on our way home. We reluctantly declined her offer for the ride, but did stay and visit one of the classrooms. Before long we were showing ...
