    It's hard to believe that in 48 hours I will be on a plane headed for my first European adventure that will be an approximate total of at least over 11,000 miles!     Highlights: 1. Went shopping on Wednesday for souvenirs. That was probably the most stressful part of the trip- go figure. We had been hearing about this ginormous tent in downtown San Jose that had anything you're little touristy heart so desired. Indeed, they were right.
