... we should definitely make the most of it! The gym was hugeeeeee. Like, literally. I've never seen so much machinery in one room before. There was also a hot tub, sauna, steam room, two lane pool, class gym and huge locker rooms with toilets, showers and sinks. Jake wanted to have a wonder round the machinery whilst I opted for an hour long pump class (weight lifting). I felt like a right idiot - couldn't keep up with everyone but tried ...

... we were off. We walked about 2 miles (he thought it was at least 4!) and we found 4 caches, and DNF’s 2 others. I ripped my arm on some berry bushes and a stab of a bush-Blood everywhere and nothing to use on it so was using leaves to flip the blood off and finally Wayne got me a large leaf to hold over it till it stopped bleeding! Back home to talk until late and then she asked if I could stay another couple of nights. We will try to get with a mutual friend for Tue night. I have given Sharon 3 different dated for arriving but finally will be there Wed morn as they are heading for the coast at noon!

Wow!! It was that good. I could leave it there but what fun would that be. The day started at 7am, but after hitting the snooze button twice, I rolled out of bed at 7:20 and began the day. Once showered, changed and packed - including the peanut butter sandwiches, we got into the car and headed off down the road. The morning started with heavy fog, but the weather lady on TV assured us it would clear up into a beautiful day, and it ...
