      ... the lack of updating or remodeling that could have been done to make the Trumans more comfortable, the ranger referenced the upstairs bathroom and suggested that if it had been remodeled, perhaps the president wouldn't have sustained the effects of a fall that led to his downward spiral at the end of his life.

      ... and hot or cold.
      Sometimes we could walk faster between bus stops in NYC than the bus driver could drive!
      It was a fabulous trip and thanks to Dave's extensive planning, we saw everything we wanted to see and did everything we wanted to do - a few places we might like to return to but only after we see what else is out there. Great travels to all of you. Not sure what is next for us!

      ... her 6-mile run. We held hands right up until I let go so Hays could cross the finish line. It was yet another special moment, and even though I lost roughly 3 minutes off of my overall time, I was more than happy to have had the chance to run alongside Hayley as she achieved her goal. After I released Hayley, and her day was done, I turned things up another few notches and finished my second lap on a strong note. I crossed the finish line with an overall time of 48 ...

      ... But the Italians do food well! Rome excels with their pastas while Venice is all about the seafood and Florence their wood-oven pizzas & wine! I also don't think I had a bad experience with gelato in any of those 3 cities!! I could eat Italian everyday...I can't believe the women are so skinny there with such great food!

      Overall, these last 6 weeks have created memories that will hopefully last ...
