    ... ended up at a café called Colonial Kitchen. It had the US and British flags outside but it was purely for show. This was definitely an American dinner. We foolishly went for 3 meals between 4 and left half of it. The kids ordered waffles and were overwhelmed. Thomas had 4 full size waffles with a pile of caramelized apples almost as tall as he was. He ate one waffle and even he was full!

    Wait: Medium (30 minutes)

    You ride in a sub that goes underwater by about 2 feet. The special effects are nice and it has a Finding Nemo mini-story. However, aside from visuals, you don't even feel like you're doing anything.

    Day 2 We arrived at Disneyland at 8am. We ran straight to Space mountain, because it is the best rated ride. I thought it was really cool and fun.     ... There were a lot of stunts and explosions and thrills in this stunt show. As always with these shows, before they start they pick on someone in the audience and they picked on this poor Asian guy who got thoroughly soaked + also an Indian family who were sitting in the 'splash zone'. Even though they had 'poncho' raincoats on, I'm sure the amount of water they chucked on them their coats wouldn't have save them!
