We are staying in a KOA south of Salt Lake City in Provo -- it's a little too crowded for our liking, but it's close to the base of the Wasatch Mountains so we get good mountain views (over all the other RVs!). ... to North Ogden to visit the George S Eccles Dinosaur Park. There is a museum of sorts but the main attraction is the 54 life size dinosaurs dotted around the park. Ryan was in his element taking photos here, there and everywhere. It was hot! Everyone over the age of 10 years found the park interesting for the first 5 or saw dinosaurs but were soon over it. ... to get to a bigger city for a Monday AM repair.

The road from Ouray West had some impressive scenery especially the vistas of the mountains near Telluride. Plenty of tempting twisties and sweepers on the way to the Utah border but on this day I chose to negotiate them much slower than my norm.

... never.  The good news is my bike is so silly that I think I am allowed to ride on the sidewalk.  My bike has swoopy handle bars and a kickstand.  My sister bought it at Target and gave it to me when she moved to Texas.  It has a seat large enough for two bums and one pygmy clown.  I think bikes like that deserve the sanctuary of the side walk.  It is like a nerd-bike ...
