Part One: We are in Colorado, back at the Olympic Training facility to get ready to compete in Mexico. Most days we will practice twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Morning practices are closed to the public. The girls on the team are excited , nervous and silly all at the same time! During one drill we threw the ball away so ...

The track starts at 6,000-ft and rises to 14,000-ft in 8 1/2 miles so you can ...

With some prodding from my parents, I changed route... And I'm super glad I did. I rolled into Simla after hours of hilly farmland. I knew there was a campground, but it was late and I didn't want to waste daylight looking for it. I spotted a lady outside of a cafe painting ...

On May 12 I returned to Belgium to work on some Belgium projects, to clean up my room and pack all my stuff to prepare my final move to COS (Colorado Springs). In those three weeks we celebrated also my nephews first commune. Luckely the weather that day was unexpected good so we could play football outside. In that period I also went to London to see Muse and my future crewchief on J&J Antonio. Great gig! The last weekend I was in Belgium we ...
