... cattle feedlots followed by climbs into the alpine desert. Had a badger try to commit suicide by BMW, but we managed to avert that. Not bad at 85mph. A bit of road kill around, coyote and deer. Also passed a manmade mountain, of rubbish, off the interstate, with its own exit. Stopped at a place called Mountain Home, on the interstate, for breakfast/lunch. ... old and dear friends.
The dogs continue to notify us of any potential friends or enemies either real or imagined. There are many of both lurking about the RV. There is a nice jogging/bike path along the river so we should have nice walks while we are here. We hope to make some additional improvements in the dog containment system while we are here(there is a Home Depot nearby).
