    ... extremely specialized doctors in big cities who do nothing but work on their given 3 inch parameter. Whereas, in rural areas, a doctor probably has to cover a bigger range.     ... with Norwegian and Southwest. In fact, I'd even go as far as saying I highly recommend them! I've taken two other budget airlines-- Spirit Airline for US-Central America and RyanAir for Europe, and those were way stingier, less reliable, and less pleasant. Southwest is the only airline I've taken that has 2 free check-in bags for domestic flights AND has free flight changes.     ... everyone else in! One employee managed to push TWO wheelchairs with passengers on them the whole way and made the train right before the doors shut! Everyone applauded her! Total bad ass! If we hadn't made it we would've had to walk on the Tarmac for almost 2 miles... Which I think would have been fun, but probably not for everyone... I love airports after mid-night.
