The long trip home
OK, so we left by 8:15, grabbed breakfast after about an hour. Traffic wasn't too bad, surprisingly. Nothing to write about until.......after cruising along at a good speed, stopped! For the next 2 hrs we went at most 5mph, stop and go. It turns out a semi went in the ditch and they closed a lane-down to one. We ended up losing 2 precious hours …

Well it didn't take long to complete the last big hurdle....buying the Subaru Outback. That was accomplished today with not too much of a headache. Holly finally has a car with a good heater and with heated seats to boot. And lots of other bells and whistles that we've not yet figured out. Plenty of time for that later...
