The Forks
Winnipeg is a great city for the VIA Rail four hour layover. Things to do:
-check out the Forks Market in the daytime
-St. Boniface Cathedral sits inside the ruined facade of the old cathedral
-the rivers
-Robin's Donuts on the downtown side - has saved my butt before by offering (?food?) when no one else is open
-get back to the train ON TIME
