... day at Disneyland and California Adventure parks. We definitely made the most of the time. By the time we left the parks around 7:30 pm, we'd ridden 21 rides! Not individual rides mind you, some several times over, starting with Andrew's traditional first; Pirates of the Caribbean and finishing with Star Tours. After a huge day at the parks, we walked back towards the hotel for dinner, where we'd heard about a great ...

... can't believe we are actually here!!

Back to all the rides we loved and a few new rides that we weren't able to go on previously. We were really pleased to see the Nemo submarine ride was back in action. They had been doing repairs on it since January and had plans to axe the ride completely. Apparently the public voted it back so we got to do the underwater submarine adventure too.

While we were standing in the queue we met ...

... the problem of dampness by going on California Screamin'

But we think by far the best overall ride experience was Radiator Springs Racers in Cars Land, so we're going to detail it. It was a favourite of many people too, with queues of up to 85 minutes attesting to the fact! (Apparently there were queues up to 6 hours on opening day... hmm, that seems a little desperate!) We fast passed this ride, going earlier to get a ticket which gauranteed minimal ...
