... another one at the children's hospital. I got to spend some time doing arts and crafts with a non vocal girl named reiny. She was really sweet and I left her my very crude artwork of a tissue paper star. Didn't get to get much sightseeing but we did make it out to the arch yesterday after an all you can eat Pizza ...

... And reasons to stay. Our beautiful neck of the woods. Our pups (can't imagine leaving them or subjecting them to the travel). Health of family members. The things that josh enjoys so much here. Friends (though they can come visit).

So maybe for now it's just planning another trip there soon to scout.

And try our hardest to wage pura vida here. Take moments to pause and enjoy. Appreciate the beauty. Work to live in an honest manner.

... disappointed with the prices, so I made the call that we would have Subway instead of very expensive sushi. It was nice, as usual, but no sushi.

... even if the rest of the city is a dump, and the ball game was quite an experience. I expected baseball to be a simple sport, but I was totally bewildered as to what was going on, even though the score was only 4, 4 to errr, somebody, I couldn't work it out. Again, I seemed to make friends with a couple to my right, who explained the rules, and ended up speaking to them for the best part of 2 hours. Worth every cent.
